SPORTS: Additional Ban Has Been Given To Dortmund Manager

Its so sad that Dortmund is going to stay without coach Jurgen Klopp on the touchline for their away match against high-flyer Arsenal.

Last season's Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund have today confirmed that head coach Jurgen Klopp will serve an additional match in the stands after intimidating a match official during their 2-0 defeat to Napoli.

Klopp has already served one match of his ban after watching his side trot out 3-0 victors over Olympique de Marseille on Wednesday. Dortmund have not confirmed whether they will be appealing the decision.

The German manager has been hailed as one of Germany's best coaches after guiding his side to a historic league and cup double win in 2011/12 and a trip to the Champions League final last season. They were beaten at Wembley by fellow German giants Bayern Munich.

This season, Dortmund are top of the Bundesliga and despite the setback against Napoli, are looking strong in the Champions League. They lost German wonderkid Mario Götze to Bayern in the summer, and look set to lose Polish international striker Robert Lewandowski in January as well.

The striker scored twice in Dortmund's 3-0 victory over Marseille, and seems on track to end his final Dortmund season with a flourish.

Arsenal host Dortmund on 22nd October, and the Gunners will extend a 100% Champions League record with a home win. The Gunners' group is considered the toughest amongst the English teams' groups.
