DSTV BASKETBALL THROWBACK is an event that was organized by urban music channel CHANNEL O and MULTICHOICE NIGERIAN DSTV to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary celebration. This event took place on Saturday 14th of Septembe , 2013 at the University Of Lagos Indoor Sport Hall, Dakota, Lagos. 

Burma boy and Olamide performed at the event, while our BBA female representative Beverly OSU was also present, musicians such as Dbanj,Tiwaal Savage was also sighted, DJ jimmy Jatt did'nt miss the event either. 

CHANNEL O Basketball Team Members: Tee Bill, Skales, Sound Sultan, Melvin Oduah, lkechukwu "kill", Ghost of Show Dem Camp, Nanle, Gbenro Ajibade and Gideon Okeke

BEAT 99.9 FM Team Members : Praiz,  Douglas Jekan , Darey Art Alade, Bovi, Karma, Jimmy Akinsola, DJ Cause, Lee Awokoya, Steve of JJC and Black ah of Naija Ninja.

With 18-17 points, the Beat FM team won the Channel O team coming out as the winner of the competition, after all the strength Melvin put into the game Bovi ' s team still won,  OK naa. See more photos below;
